Antwerp rooftops and a rotterdam beehive.
Honest Fashion
It’s been a while since these photos where taken (thanks to my bae Aliceroxy). I had the opportunity to join De Bijenkorf at the launch of their Belgian Webshop at the top floor in the MAS in Antwerp. Not only the building convinced me to go there but offcourse as a Dutchie in the making I’m a Bijenkorf fan. The selection of brands is way better than any Belgian department store – sorry but it’s true – and their crazy sales are not so bad either.
No, I’m not really a fan of online shopping I get more stressed out thinking about how everything would fit than I get in a crowded store (even in the sales period). And there is something about touching fabrics the interwebz jus.t can’t beat. And than there’s the architecture. Although a lot of friends forget it all the time, I still am an architect 90{1eacffa9ebeab588c36cec3d2da2b32fad3fa4c1e369410f800f367e980bc882} of the time. A blogging architect with an interest in fashion, weird no? But I have an other weakness than just clothes: beautiful stores. And De Bijenkorf building in Rotterdam sure is a must visit.
A Rotterdam city guide is on your way so hold your wallets, jump on a train and bring me a visit!
