All the feels
Holistic Health, Honest Fashion
Ye is talking about it constantly. I not so much.
Mental health is extremely important. It’s what defines us, our ambitions, our needs but also how we function and if even more IF we function.
Social media can be a burden on bad days, showing the pretty picture feels like an must and doesn’t always come natural. In my case it definitely doesn’t. 90{1eacffa9ebeab588c36cec3d2da2b32fad3fa4c1e369410f800f367e980bc882} off the time I’m literally rotting in my pyjama’s behind my laptop getting work done. Although I’m mostly in a really good vibe, the pretty instagram picture can definitely ruin it. No, I’m not working in a fancy coffee bar drinking doubleshot-skimmed milk-no fat -no dairy latte’s wearing heals. No that’s not me, I’m just getting the job done. But should I aspire that?
Whenever I post something, keep in mind it took a hell of an effort and make up -I usually never wear- to get the shot I want. I’m more at ease now to always being the one who arrives underdressed at the party, so here I present you myself with no make-up (ok that RMS lip balm did some tricks though) showing you #allthefeels. Yes, the golden hour made me extremely happy and mostly relieved the crappy day was over.
So let’s talk about feelings together with Monki. Share yours mentioning #allthefeels.
