The first recipe on the blog is a fact. I still need to learn how to do this but I really wanted to share these delicious banana pancakes with you. I’m always looking for healthy things to eat. I’m definitely not a sweet tooth so no cookies or sweets for me but I like something sweet-ish once in a while.

I got this recipe from my friend Emma and I’m addicted ever since. The banana pancakes are perfect as breakfast or lunch or even as a snack and you can customise it however you want.

1 egg
1 banana

soy milk

Mash the banana until it’s gruel. Mix the banana with the egg and add soy milk to dilute the mix. Now you can add whatever you want to make it even more tasty. Use some oil or butter to bake the pancakes. You best make small ones because they are very hard to turn.
