Is it worth it? Is it selfish? Is it narcissistic?

Photoshopping yourself, faking golden hour, avoiding your bad angles to be seen by the world. It’s a weird phenomenon. But is it selfish? Trusting only yourself to represent yourself and test your own ideas, directing what you envisioned with whatever you have – your brain, your appearance, your camera. Trying out something different;

I find it rather bold and adventurous.
